More than 1,200 stylish New Yorkers—all dressed in bold, colorful hats!—came together at Central Park’s Conservatory Garden on May 7 in support of the 32nd Annual Frederick Law Olmsted Awards Luncheon. Hosted by The Women’s Committee and Board of Trustees of the Central Park Conservancy, the event kicked off with a champagne reception under the pergola, followed by tours of the garden and a seated luncheon and awards presentation. The chic event, which honored former Mayor Michael Bloomberg, was fully underwritten by the benefit committee, allowing 100 percent of ticket sales to go toward support of the Conservancy’s mission of Park maintenance, restoration, and enhancement. To date, the organization has raised an impressive $3.5 million.
