MIA: 3 Ultimate Outdoor Activities to Bring Out the Kid in You

Even as adults, we are always looking for fun ways to act like a kid. Now, Miami has three one-of-a-kind events that allow us to do just that, in the most luxurious way possible.

Check out these hot Magic City outdoor activities, below:

Take the “Ultimate Jungle Trek.” Jungle Island, a top South Florida attraction that houses some of the world’s most rare and fascinating animals, has a new VIP package for the adventure lover with a heart for luxury. The Ultimate Jungle Trek invites attendees check off one-of-a-kind “bucket list” experiences found nowhere else in Miami — from feeding baby tigers and playing with reptiles from the depths of the park’s terrariums, to playing with Jungle Island’s very own baby twin orangutans, Peanut and Pumpkin. The Ultimate Jungle Trek lasts 5 hours, and is priced at $699 per person.

Soar with Aquajet Miami’s Jetpack and Flyboard experience. New this year, Jungle Island has partnered with Aquajet Miami to give guests the once-in-a-lifetime experience to “blast off!” — literally. Located on the water at the park’s private and idyllic Parrot Cove, this activity invites you to strap on a life vest, a helmet, and your jetpack or flyboard, and soar 30 feet above the water at top speeds of 25 MPH. After you’ve whizzed through the air, wind down in a cabana or lounge chair on Parrot Cove’s beach; conquer the park’s inflatable obstacle course, “Rainforest Riptide;” or check out its exotic wildlife. Whatever you do, we promise you simply can’t go wrong. Aquajet Miami’s Jetpack and Flyboard experience is priced at $330 per person for a 60-minute session.
