Bianca at Delano
If you’re in the mood for a different kind of Thanksgiving this year, head to Bianca at Delano and kick-off the Pilgrim celebration with a Vaudeville-meets-drag experience like you’ve never had before. With legendary drag queen, Adora, and friends performing, music by DJ Smeejay and a delectable prix-fixe feast by Chef Jason Bamford, this event invites guests to watch a risqué Burlesque show and munch on autumn squash, a traditional turkey dinner, Delmonico rib eye, warm apple crostata with cinnamon caramel chards, maple pecan gelato, and more. National Hotel
For a Thanksgiving feast with a South Beach kick, head to Miami Beach’s National Hotel for a three-course meal with all the traditional favorites. Start with a tasty bowl of butternut squash soup, and move on to sweet butter-basted farm-raised turkey with all the trimmings, cornbread stuffing, giblet gravy, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, yams and cornbread muffins. Sitting right on the shores of Islamorada, Amara Cay Resort’s Oltremare Ristorante – led by Executive Chef Evan Percoco – will offer a family-style Thanksgiving with classic American fare, fresh seafood, shaved Brussels sprouts, turkey-stuffed ravioli, brined and roasted turkey breast, pancetta and polenta spoon bread, puree of butternut squash, fig sticky pudding, tiramisu and more. This Thanksgiving, take a load off and let 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar do all the cooking. Red, the Steakhouse
Red, the Steakhouse – in Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood – is usually known for its meaty slabs of Certified Angus Beef steak. However, this Thanksgiving, Executive Chef Peter Vauthy will work his magic on turkey and sides; putting a gourmet spin on Thanksgiving classics that will have your mouth watering in no time.
