After several years of placing his mansion on and off the market, Haute 100 lister Pharrell Williams has finally sold his Miami penthouse. The posh property sold for $9.25 million.
Located in the Bristol Tower condominium in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, Williams purchased the penthouse in 2007 or $12.525 million, according to public records. He first put it on the market in 2012 for $16.8 million with another firm, according to the Wall Street Journal. Since being initially placed on the market, the property saw a number of price reductions until real-estate agent Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty began to oversee the property’s sale.
The penthouse boasts 9,000 square feet, with five bedrooms. It features 360-degree views, a circular living room, Pininfarina-designed kitchen, Italian travertine floors, teak hardwood floors and has ceilings roughly 30-feet high. With such high ceilings, it was disclosed Williams decorated the penthouse with his pop art collection.
There is a spiral staircase that leads to the second floor, which boast even hauter amenities. On the second floor, one will find a billiards room and a gym, to a mezzanine under the dome. If you’re an outdoorsy person then you’re in luck. The apartment has three levels of decks and terraces, including a private outdoor pool and a barbecue area.
We are unsure who the buyer is, but he or she was represented by Julian Johnston of Calibre International Realty.
While Williams raked in millions for his plush home, he has teamed up with adidas Originals once again. Debuting June 25th, Pharrell Williams and the Billionaire Boys Club label have reimagined the Stan Smiths in a palm tree print. There will also be a matching apparel line. Items adidas Originals fans can look forward to are Stan Smiths in two different colors (green and blood orange), a track top, a T-shirt, a tank, and a pair of shorts. The adidas Originals x Pharrell Williams x Billionaire Boys Club “Palm Tree” will be sold at adidas, Billionaire Boys Club flagship stores, online as well as select retailers.
