Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer starts in New York, travels to Dubai, and then makes its way to Las Vegas.

How do you get a burger joint to grow into five locations in New York, one international location in Dubai, and a new one inside The Venetian in Las Vegas? It starts with a Michelin-starred chef and a nightlife veteran. Chef Joe Isidori and Chris Barish both have Vegas roots. Isidori received his first Michelin star in 2009 at the DJT restaurant at Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, Barish opened LIGHT nightclub, Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill, and Gordon Ramsay Steak.

Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer have coined the CrazyShake™ for their elaborate milkshake beverages, but it’ll be their first time ever offering boozy shakes at their newest location in Las Vegas. In comparison to the menus at their six other locations, it appears they’re introducing a new burger specifically for the Las Vegas market: The Wagyu Truffle Burger.

Their burger varieties, including their healthy conscious “The Vegan Burger“, along with their hip music and interior design, is a sign that they’re looking to deliver an experience aimed towards millennials. Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer will have to get them out of their “Netflix and chill,” rut first.

Chef Joe Isidori and Chris Barish can count on one millennial who’ll skip Netflix for their grand opening today: this girl.

Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer will open to the public Saturday, Dec. 30 at 5PM inside The Venetian Hotel and Casino.
