If you’ve resolved to be a more adventurous foodie in 2018, dineLA is making it easy for you to make good on that resolution. The two-week long culinary event kicks off this Friday, January 12th and runs through Friday, January 26th.

Herringbone’s Whole Roasted Branzino

At Herringbone, Top Chef alum Brian Malarkey serves up his signature whole roasted Branzino during dineLA. The flavorful (and Instagram-worthy!) fish is bursting with flavor thanks to rainbow chard, parsnip, Brussels, and citrus.
