The world-famous Italian restaurant group, Serafina, is finally bringing its renowned Italian cuisine to Miami, debuting Serafina Miami at the iconic Aventura Mall this month. The massive shopping mecca recently underwent a renovation to include a new wing, which features a stunning selection of shopping boutiques and gourmet eateries. Serafina Miami will be one of the new additions to the exciting new section of the mall, bringing forth the cuisine we know and love from their flagship Manhattan location.
The new hot spot is brought to the mall by Serafina Miami owners Benny Shabtai, Stacey Shabtai, Samantha Cooper and Mike Baccaro, alongside Serafina co-founders Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato. The concept will include both indoor and outdoor dining options for shoppers to come dine and relax in between hitting the stores. Helming the kitchen is Miami-based executive chef Dustin Ward, Iron Fork Miami winner of 2016. The chef is known for his innovative culinary creations, and guests will be treated to new signature dishes that utilize fresh, local ingredients.

Menu items will include a selection of various homemade pastas, salads, pizzas and main dishes like the Filet Mignon Burger with gorgonzola cheese and caramelized onions; Filet of Bass Al Pinot Grigio, wrapped in thinly sliced potatoes on a bed of zucchini and leeks; Serafina’s legendary Tartufo Nero Pizza with hand-selected Italian gourmet black truffles and so much more. Libations will also be flowing, as an extensive wine program and cocktails created by Cocktail Cartel of Broken Shaker fame will shine alongside the rich menu offerings.
