- A reimagined spa facility, “Esencia Wellness,” including Esencia Spa, Esencia Fitness Center and Esencia Beauty
- A brand new food & beverage menu, ERC Bites, hand-curated by Eden Roc’s Executive Chef, Thomas Buckley, offering localized ingredients from some of Miami and Florida’s hottest vendors (i.e. Miami Smokers, Zak The Baker, Florida Beer Company and more)
- Shaking up the poolside experience with live DJs and entertainment, locally-inspired mixology, vibrant floaties and poolside coolers

- A brand new outdoor beach bar concept, Gitano, will boast a mezcal-focused cocktail menu, an airstream serving Mexican cantina-style bites and outdoor recreational activities, all creating a one-of-a-kind happy hour hotspot at Eden Roc Miami Beach
