The Irish cuisine staple, corned beef, is getting a makeover at Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas. It’ll be served as a sandwich on warm French bread and it’s piled high with thick slices of corned beef. It’s topped with fries, coleslaw, and spicy mustard. Pass it down with green beer and enjoy tunes courtesy of the live DJ-set starting at 9PM.

2. PANCHO’S “GREENGO BURRITO”

Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant is offering a “Greengo Burrito” stuffed with zesty chicken breast (marinated in cilantro pesto) and whole beans, wrapped in a large flour spinach tortilla. A toasty roasted tomatillo sauce is generously poured over the burrito and it’s topped with melted cheese. In addition, Pancho’s will offer happy hour in their cantina from 11AM to 7PM. Drink specials include $3 off well drinks, $3 off house wines, and $3 off flavored margaritas available exclusively on Saturday, March 17.
