This year Las Vegas has come across some of the most creative, tasty dishes and booziest cocktails in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. Because America’s favorite drinking holiday is a day away, below is an à la carte St. Patrick’s Day-inspired meal to enjoy before the luckiest drink and dishes are off the menu.
1. BEER PARK AT PARIS LAS VEGAS’ CORNED BEEF SANDWICH

The Irish cuisine staple, corned beef, is getting a makeover at Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas. It’ll be served as a sandwich on warm French bread and it’s piled high with thick slices of corned beef. It’s topped with fries, coleslaw, and spicy mustard. Pass it down with green beer and enjoy tunes courtesy of the live DJ-set starting at 9PM.
2. PANCHO’S “GREENGO BURRITO”

The luckiest holiday in the world gets a twist. Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant is offering a “Greengo Burrito” stuffed with zesty chicken breast (marinated in cilantro pesto) and whole beans, wrapped in a large flour spinach tortilla. A toasty roasted tomatillo sauce is generously poured over the burrito and it’s topped with melted cheese. In addition, Pancho’s will offer happy hour in their cantina from 11AM to 7PM. Drink specials include $3 off well drinks, $3 off house wines, and $3 off flavored margaritas available exclusively on Saturday, March 17.
3. MB STEAK’S “GET LUCKY” COCKTAIL

If you drink this cocktail, you might “Get Lucky”. MB Steak created the cheekiest and luckiest cocktail in Las Vegas. It’s consists of Jameson Irish Whiskey, peach schnapps and fresh sour mix exclusively available for St. Patrick’s Day.
4. FREED’S BAKERY “RAINBOW POT OF GOLD” CAKE

Freed’s Bakery gets into the holiday spirit with a colorful cake and contest. The “Rainbow Pot of Gold” cake is made with sweet vanilla-flavored, rainbow-layered cake with tasty Bavarian cream filling. It’s adorned with chocolate gold coins and gold dragees. The seven-inch St. Patrick’s Day dessert will be available for purchase exclusively through Saturday, March 17. Or, if you purchase their Irish cupcakes, you may win one.
