A Glimpse In Alessandra Ambrosio’s At Home Workouts

Former Victoria’s Secret Angel, Alessandra Ambrosio has shared of video of her workout routine on Instagram, giving us a peek at how she stays fit.

In the post, Ambrosio is seen effortlessly killing her full-body workout routine which includes a variety of exercises such as weightlifting, squats with kettlebells, crunches, and incorporating a resistance band.

The video was posted as an ad in support of Alo, a yoga clothing company with goals to spread mindful movement, inspiring wellness, and creating community. Ambrosio is seen wearing Alo’s Splendor Bar in the green apple color, paired with Alo’s white 7/8 High-Waist Moto Legging. This partnership comes as no surprise as Ambrosio has often shared her love for yoga, seeing it as a means of keeping her mentally centered, as well as maintaining her shape.

As demonstrated in the video, Ambrosio is no stranger to at-home workouts. Although she may not always have the time for a full-body workout, Ambrosio will sometimes stretch or complete a small exercise in order to stay active. She has also expressed that she has used online workouts during the quarantine in order to stay on top of her fitness and maintain her motivation. These at-home workouts are paired with fresh foods to fuel her body and health.
