The Nicole Workout Plan

She tells Byrdie, “I’ll go for a run or a hike or I’ll get out and swim with the kids in the morning and then go to work. I’ll go jump in the ocean when we’re in Monterey shooting Big Little Lies. I would literally go down and get in that freezing cold ocean, even just for one minute”. Her fitness routine mainly depends on where she is at the moment and what’s available, providing some much-needed variety to keep her routine exciting. We love this attainable approach to fitness and, clearly, whatever she’s doing is definitely working!

She opened up to Los Angeles Times explaining that cardio is at the core of most of her fitness regimen. Nicole said, “So I try to mix it up with sports, running, yoga, and even just going for a walk with my husband and the kids, I also love spinning. I try to get everyone to spin”.

What’s on Nicole’s plate?

There doesn’t seem to be a clear-cut path when it comes to Nicole’s diet. Based on an interview with Women’s Health, she often allows herself to indulge while trying to focus on healthy food the majority of the time, also known as the 80-20 approach. What Nicole lacks in her diet, she attempts to make up for with the help of her Swisse multivitamin, which she takes daily. Evidently, she can never say no to homemade warm bread with Reggiano cheese, now that’s something I’m sure a lot of people can get behind!
